Return Policy

Article – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without incurring penalties.

However, under Article L221-28 of the same Code, this right cannot be exercised for:

“The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

Since our products are made to order and personalized according to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of non-conformity or defect in the product received (damaged item, personalization error on our part, etc.).

If a defect is found, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@nospetitespattes.com, including photos of the affected product.

Return Conditions (excluding personalized products)

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • Items must be accompanied by the delivery slip or proof of purchase.

Storage System Update: Return shipping by the customer is not mandatory (this exception applies only to exchanges. For a full refund of the order, the customer must return the entire order).

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping is FREE* except in cases specifically indicated.

For orders under €130.

Return Process

Packaging: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging or in suitable protective packaging.
Documentation: Include a copy of the delivery slip or proof of purchase with the returned items.
Shipping: Send the package to the return address provided, along with the return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed as soon as possible and credited to your original payment method.
